The Model 4271B AMOT Temperature Sensor provides a low cost, reliable sensor that will allow continuous temperature monitoring of critical machine parts. The Model 4271B Temperature Detectors can be used in medium to large stationary bearings and can be applied to liquid/gas systems by installing them in a thermowell.

Operation
Model 4271 contains an internal spring assembly that provides constant tension on the sensing tip. The internal spring assembly, used in conjunction with the lower spring and seat attachment, provides positive contact with the monitored surface.
