In contrast to its sister product, the APOS Magnetic Touchless ensures a non-contact process. It is also based on a magnetic code tape, but the reading head is guided along the code tape with absolutely no contact and therefore wear-free using a guide carriage. The system can be combined with the VAHLE conductor rails MKH or KBH, or used separately as an empty housing.
